L’Papillon is a stylishly renovated cottage located in a quiet street just a short walk from the main street of Daylesford.  This two bedroom home has a warm, moody feel with beautiful detail and 1890’s heritage.

 

The Space

 

Luscious linens, delightfully comfortable beds, sparkling new bathrooms and a country kitchen with everything needed for an indulgent feast or celebration.

L’Papillon’s two Queen bedrooms are beautifully appointed for luxurious weekend sleep-ins – with soft Portugese linen on the beds and soft warm throws.  There are also two comfortable single foldout beds which can be set up in the library.

 

The main bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet and the second bathroom has a beautiful freestanding bath.  European linen bath towels and indulgent bath products complete the picture.  The property also has a second separate toilet.

 

Location

 

The cottage property has a lovely garden with a number of places to sit and relax and also includes a small vegetable garden with fresh herbs and lettuce for the use of guests. L’Papillon is situated only a short stroll from the main street of Daylesford where there is a bounty of things to eat, see and do.
